Event Terms

1. Private Performance & Invitation Attendance is strictly by private invitation issued directly by DoorWayToRooms. Invitations are personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the named individual. Resale, transfer, assignment, or brokering of an invitation in any form is strictly prohibited and immediately voids the invitation without refund.

2. Identification & Age Requirement All guests must be at least 21 years of age. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification matching the exact legal name on the invitation and payment record must be presented upon arrival alongside the digital guest credential. No substitutions will be permitted.

3. Strict Device & Recording Prohibition To protect the intimacy of the performance and the artist's work, no mobile phones, cameras, wearable recording devices (including smart glasses), smartwatches, or recording instruments of any kind may be active inside the room. Upon arrival, all communication and recording devices will be inspected and secured in tamper-evident lock pouches. Devices remain in your possession throughout the evening but must stay sealed until departure. Anyone found unsealing a pouch, using a device, or attempting unauthorized audio, photographic, or video recording will be removed from the premises and barred from future DoorWayToRooms performances.

4. Confidentiality of Venue & Logistics The venue address, arrival instructions, and event details are confidential and intended solely for confirmed guests. Guests agree not to share, publish, or broadcast the venue address, production details, or arrival schedule on social media or with third parties.

5. Arrival Window & Admittance Doors open and close promptly according to the arrival window given in your private event information. Because of the intimate setting, late seating is not possible. Guests who arrive after doors close will not be admitted and will forfeit attendance without refund.

6. Conduct & Right of Refusal DoorWayToRooms reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful to the artist or fellow guests, or contrary to the quiet nature of the room.

7. Settlement & Refund Attendance payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed by DoorWayToRooms, except where DoorWayToRooms or the artist cancels the performance, in which case the full amount is returned to the original payor.
